PURCHASE and PAYMENT

We hope you find our website easy to navigate, clicking on the items you wish to purchase and placing them in your shopping cart. Once you have completed your selections, click on 'ADD TO CART' and you will be asked only for information required for us to complete your transaction.
We accept all major credit / debit cards ( except American Express ) paid via PayPal or Personal Cheque made payable to Paws 4 Claws Ltd.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

For ALL UK Mainland deliveries, our charges are as follows :-

Up to 500gms - 1.99 GBP via Royal Mail 1st. Class Post
Up to 1Kg - 2.99 GBP via Royal Mail 1st. Class Post
Up to 1.5Kg - 4.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 2Kg - 5.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 4Kg - 8.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 6Kg - 9.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 8Kg - 10.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 10Kg - 12.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Up to 20Kg - 15.99 GBP via Royal Mail Standard Parcel

To ensure we charge the cheapest postage rate, all orders for multiple items will be weighed once the order is complete and the resulting weight of the parcel will dictate the final Post & Packing charge.
If an overpayment has been made, we will refund via PayPal.

Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class mail the next working day and Standard Parcels within 3 to 5 days. These delivery details are approximate and as we have no control over the Postal Service, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles if Scilly, The Channel Islands or any other country outside of the UK Mainland, will be sent via Parcel Force and charged depending on the weight of the parcel and to which country it is being sent to. We will e-mail the cost of your parcel requesting you to confirm if you wish us to proceed with the shipping. These orders may take several days to arrive, and again we cannot be held responsible for any delays outwith our control.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all products are available, events outside our control may mean an item is temporarily out of stock. If this is so we will e-mail you with an approximate date of delivery, asking if you wish us to process the ballance of your order whilst placing the 'out of stocks' on back order to be forwarded in due course. You will also have the option to cancel the whole or part of your order.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Paws 4 Claws Ltd purchases.
We will accept the return of any items which you have ordered in error, or are unhappy with, provided they are unopened, complete with any tags attached and are in a resaleable condition. Paws 4 Claws Ltd will not be held responsible for the return postage of these items. All incorrectly ordered items returned will be subject to a 10% handling and restocking charge.
If any items are delivered in error on our behalf or found to be faulty or damaged on receipt, please inform us immediately with the details, so that we may then issue a 'Returns Number'. We will be happy to either replace or fully refund your purchase.
In all cases of returning goods to Paws 4 Claws Ltd, please enclose a note giving the reason for return and quoting the 'Returns Number' where appropriate. Enclose either a copy of your invoice or alternatively your name, address, e-mail contact or daytime telephone number.

No CLEARANCE LINES can be returned or exchanged.

PRIVACY POLICY

Paws 4 Claws Ltd will not disclose any customer details whatsoever to any third parties.
Any information collected during the placement of your order is kept by us and used solely to process that order. We will not use it or allow it to be used for any marketing activities. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

COMPLAINTS

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and try to resolve it immediately, or within 5 working days. In any case, we will keep you updated by either e-mail or telephone until you are completely satisfied.

AMENDMENTS Paws 4 Claws reserve the right to amend its Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving prior notice.
